General Updates

Obviously everyone is still waiting to hear about their money.

We do not have the money and unfortunately we do not have any news for you.
The Registrar of Banks confiscated all of the funds in the Net Income Solutions bank account on 28 February 2013.

General Updates

The interim order made on 28 February 2013 was made final and confirmed today.
In other words the Registrar of Banks still has control over the money.
So nothing has changed.
We still have to wait until the investigation is finalised.
We do not know when that will be.

Our application was heard today in the Cape Town High Court.
Judge Yekiso reserved judgement.

Update on court proceedings

The provisional order granted by the court had to be answered by 26 March 2013.
An extensive affidavit was filed on behalf of the first and second respondents ( Net Income Solutions and Christopher Mark Walker)
In view of the substance of the opposing affidavit the Reserve Bank had to file a replying affidavit.
In order to ensure that Net Income Solutions case is placed before court in a well informed and proper manner the Reserve Bank agreed that the matter be postponed to a later date.
In the interim a future affadavit will be filed of behalf of Net Income Solutions and Chris Walker. Whereafter the Reserve Bank will be afforded an opportunity to reply thereto.
We will keep you posted of any developments.

Very excting news!

We have just bought our own Stand Alone Office Building.

This will be our new head office. We have been told that the occupation date will be in May 2013.

We have just placed our first order for computers for our new internet cafes and computer training centres.

We are planning to have one in as many areas as we can.

We can longer reply to people asking how the points work and how much they will they earn etc.

We cannot give an answer that is clearer to understand than the one on the "Income Opportunity" page.

The purpose of a website is to provide the information so that we do not have to explain it over the phone and by email to thousands of people.  

It does not matter if you do not understand the compensation plan straight away.

Gradually you will understand it and see how simple and powerful it is.

Please remember it is your sponsors job to explain it to you. That is why they earn referral commission.

Wait for the machine to confirm your cell number

Insert money into the machine

The amount you have paid will then be loaded instantly into your e-wallet so that you may buy points

Extremely Urgent News!

If people continue to ignore our instructions we will have no choice but to stop cash payments.

This is the last time we will mention this.

Standard Bank Autobank Cash Deposits  

Please do not pay this way. It can take up to 7 days for the bank to process these deposits so that they clear in our account.


The number of errors made when paying into our account is increasing.

Please only write the username and cell number in the "Depositor's name or reference" section of the deposit slip as this is the only thing that reflects on our account.

When making a transfer please only use your username and cell number as a reference.

If you do not do this the computer rejects it and we have to spend time finding out who it is for and do it manually which takes a lot of time.   

We spend so much time dealing with these errors that we have no choice but to announce that it can take up to72 hours for the deposit to appear in your e-wallet (if you use the correct reference)

Standard Bank Autobank Cash Deposits 

Please do not pay this way. It can take up to 7 days for the bank to process these deposits so that they clear in our account.

We cannot tell on our bank statement if people are using the new machines where the money clears instantly or if people are using the old machine whiere you put money in the envelopes.

Please tell your team members as this is causing even more delays in loading the money to the e-wallets.

We have purchased a number of QIWI pay terminals.

People will be able to load money into their E-wallet instantly by paying cash at these machines.

This will help us to reduce the number of errors being made with the cash deposit slips at the bank.

It will take a couple of months to integrate it into our system. Please keep an eye out for the machines in the meantime.    

Net Income Solutions will also earn an income from the other products being sold at these terminals such as airtime and electricity.

If the money does appear in your e-wallet within 72 hours it is because there is an incorrect or incomplete beneficiary reference reflecting on our bank statement.

There is is a new form on the Contact Us page which you can submit.

Only submit the form if your deposit does not appear in your E-wallet after three days. Please do not send emails or faxes about deposits.

General Updates:

Withdrawals this week:

We now have two systems for processing withdrawals. The latest company we are using are integrating their software   into our system so it may take a day or two longer for the money to reflect in your bank account.

When the integration process is complete it will verify your account before you attempt to make a withdrawal.

This is necessary as we have withdrawals rejected every day due to the person entering the wrong banking details.

Johannesburg meeting 13 and 14 October: 

So many people arrived at the hotel on Saturday that we were asked to leave. It was not meant to be a mass meeting it was supposed to be for a few people that had requested to meet Chris.

After a couple of hours of searching Chris found a new venue that could accomodate everyone.

Thanks to all of you who had the patience to wait until a new venue was found.

Also a word of thanks to everyone who came on Sunday as it was also very busy and we were limited by the size of the conference room that we hired.

Meetings 13 and 14 October at City Lodge at OR Tambo Airport:

You do not have to book for the meeting with Chris this weekend. You can just come any time that suits you.

This is not a workshop, it is just a get together so that Chris can meet with people and answer questions etc.

People are constantly filling in the deposit slip incorrectly. 

This is causing uneccessary concern amongst the members as the money does not reflect in their e-wallet.

It is also giving us a huge amount of extra work which causes even more delays.

Please only write the username and cell number in the "Depositor's name or reference" section of the deposit slip as this is the only thing that reflects on our account.

The cell number must match the username or the computer will not allocate the funds to the e-wallet.

Please make sure the tellers capture the details correctly.

Once the money is the e-wallet you must log in and buy points to receive the welcome sms.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawals within 48 hours (two days) of receiving the request.

Withdrawal requests made on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed the following Monday as the special batch payment system we use does not operate on weekends.

After we had processed it the bank is responsible for completing the transfer which usually takes one working day.

If you have not received your payment after 5 days of making the withdrawal please contact us by email as it will probably be a branch code or account number error.

Do not worry or stress about withdrawals, we understand the importance of paying people on time so it is our number one priority.

Chris has managed to to hire a top computer programmer that will be starting with us full time in September.
 
The objective behind this is to implement more technology into the website that will give Chris more freedom to travel around the country to meet our members and share the vision he has for the company.
